Milford man charged in TD Bank robbery in Merrimack

MERRIMACK – Frank Mione, 47, of 16 Birchwood Lane, Milford, was arrested on a warrant charging him with the Aug. 21 shotgun robbery of TD Bank branch on Daniel Webster Highway.

Mione  was arraigned Tuesday in 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack District Division.  He is being held on $250,000 cash only bail and is scheduled to appear in  Merrimack District Court Sept. 6 for a probable cause hearing.

Police said Mione was the shotgun-wielding man who robbed the Daniel Webster Highway bank just before 5 p.m. on Aug. 21. He had the shotgun covered with a small blanket or towel when he demanded cash from a teller.

He fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Mione was arrested Tuesday morning at 9th Circuit Court, Milford District Division, where he appeared for unrelated charges.
