Motorcyclist, passenger hurt in Hudson crash
HUDSON — A motorcyclist and his passenger were injured Saturday evening when their motorcycle was hit by a car whose driver allegedly failed to stop at a stoplight.
Police said Kenneth Lambert, 57, of Nashua, and his passenger, Eileen Hutcheson, 51, of Londonderry, had turned onto Route 102 from Ferry Street about 5:20 p.m. Saturday when their Harley-Davidson motorcycle was hit by a Honda Accord driven by Veli Ekiz, 31, of Melrose, Mass.
Lambert and Hutcheson were each taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Nashua with injuries that police said were not life-threatening.
Ekiz, who was not injured, was cited for failing to stop for a traffic control device, police said.
