CEO of Lexington IT firm says he'll expand in NH if tech tax isn't repealed

August is supposed to be a quiet time for state legislators. After a rush of pushing budget bills and the like over to the governor’s desk in July, August is a time to spend “in the district,” as they say on Beacon Hill.
