Derry man faces felony charges for selling stolen property
DERRY — The case of a Derry man, accused on multiple counts of allegedly selling stolen property to local businesses, was bound over to superior court Thursday because all of the charges are felonies, according to court officials.
Josh Decarolis, 26, of 32 Bedard Ave., is charged with eight counts of receiving stolen property, from $1,001 to $1,500 and eight counts of theft by deception, $1,001-$1,500, according to records on file at Derry District Court.
Decarolis sold the stolen goods last year to some local pawn shops, jewelers and tool shops, according to court records. The stolen goods, included such items as a Bowie knife, silverware, video gaming equipment, and tools, records said.
Decarolis appeared briefly in Derry District Court before the case was quickly bound over to Rockingham Superior Court in Brentwood.
