Coös County Sheriff Jerry Marcou identified law enforcement's greatest new concern as 4-wheelers legally using state highways, including in Berlin-Gorham, Colebrook-Pittsburg, and Lancaster. 'It's like the Wild West up here — anything goes!' the sheriff exclaimed.
