5 arrested in Lebanon heroin busts
LEBANON — After arresting 5 people on heroin charges Thursday, police said they are seeing a surge in heroin use and sales throughout the city.
Heather Rowe, 32, of Lebanon was charged with controlled drug acts prohibited and intent to distribute, both felony offenses.
Police said she was in possession of crack cocaine and 81 bags of heroin.
She was being held on $10,000 cash bail at the Grafton County jail pending a probable cause hearing in 2nd Circuit Court District Division in Lebanon.
Bryan Moodie, 31, of West Lebanon, and Daniel Buccellato, 36, of White River Junction, Vt., were arrested for conspiracy to commit controlled drug acts prohibited, a felony-level offense. They were each released on $7,500 personal recognizance through the district court and are to be arraigned there on Oct. 7.
Melissa Kelly, 41, of White River Junction, was charged with conspiracy to commit controlled drug acts prohibited, felony-level offense. She was being held on $10,000 cash bail at Grafton County jail pending arraignment in the district court Friday.
Barbara Tremblay, 50, of South Royalton, Vt., was arrested for conspiracy to commit controlled drug acts prohibited, felony-level offense. She was being held on $500 cash bail at the Grafton County jail pending her Aug. 26 probable cause hearing.
