Greg Raiff, an airline industry expert and CEO of New Hampshire-based Private Jet Services Group, said the merger is challenged by concerns that it will reduce competition and service to second-tier U.S. markets that do not have large populations. "I think it's a victory for small and secondary markets," Raiff said of the lawsuit against the merger.
