N.H. man faces charge for allegedly threatening commuter rail conductor with knife

Foster allegedly threatened the conductor at about 9:50 p.m. Friday after the conductor woke him up as Haverhill, the last stop on the line, came up. He fled and Transit Police and Haverhill police were unable to locate him, Transit Police said.
