Quebec man ordered extradicted to U.S. for 1988 double slaying of lesbians in Nashua

MONTREAL - The Quebec Court of Appeal ruled that David Caplin, a suspect in a gruesome 1988 killing of a lesbian couple in Nashua, N.H., can be extradited to the U.S. to stand trial on two counts of first-degree murder. However, the court ruled that Caplin's alleged accomplice, Anthony Barnaby, cannot be extradited to New Hampshire as he has already stood trial three times for the murders.
