Geraldine Webber changed her will in May 2012 after befriending Portsmouth police Sgt. Aaron Goodwin, leaving most of her $1.8 million estate to the officer, according to seacoastonline.com. Goodwin of trying to influence Webber at a time when her judgment was impaired by dementia, the website reported.
