State police investigate incident that seriously injured homeless man
CONCORD – State police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a serious head injury sustained by a 52-year-old city man, who was transported Monday evening to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon.
Paul E. Tinkman was injured while at a homeless encampment located on state property in the woods off Fort Eddy Road.
According to state police, Tinkman lives at the camp and was injured there.
He was first taken to Concord Hospital but was transferred to the Lebanon hospital.
