DUFRESNE

Hooksett police arrest 911 caller who just wanted to talk

HOOKSETT — A woman with a history of dialing 911 for non-emergencies was arrested Sunday when she allegedly did it again, police said.

The call came in around 3:30 a.m. Sunday from Carrington Farms on Mammoth Road.

Police said Jeanie Dufresne, 65, was found intoxicated and incoherent in her apartment.

When asked if there was an emergency, police said Dufresne told officers there was not, and she just wanted to talk to someone.

Dufresne was released on $2,000 personal recognizance and scheduled to appear in 6th Circuit Court on Aug. 28.
