State police charge Concord man with selling heroin

CONCORD – A city man is under arrest, accused of selling heroin in the city after an investigation by the state police Narcotics and Investigations Unit.

Jason Sfara, 39, of 197 N. State St., is charged with one count of sale of a narcotic drug.

Investigators said they recovered 25 grams of heroin, assorted pharmaceutical drugs and $2,690 in cash when they searched Sfara's residence.

What's next: Sfara refused bail and is being detained pending his arraignment Thursday in 6th Circuit Court, Concord District Division.
