KEVIN GASKIN

EXETER – A Hampton man is under arrest for DWI after police say he crashed into a building on Ernest Avenue Monday night, damaging a natural gas line near the apartment complex.

Residents were evacuated and Unitil crews arrived to repair the line. No one was injured.

The driver, Kevin Gaskin, 18, of 18 Fellows Ave., Apt. 4, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, operating without a valid license and transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor.

What's next: Gaskin is free on $2,000 personal recognizance bail, pending an Aug. 12 arraignment in 10th Circuit Court, Exeter District Division.
