Seven arrested on drug charges in Nashua
NASHUA – Seven men were arrested for drug offenses over the past two weeks, the result of separate, months-long investigations by detectives in the Narcotics Intelligence Division.
Guy Gray, 59, no fixed address, on three counts of unlawful sale of cocaine. He is being held on $75,000 cash bail after being arraigned July 17 in 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division.
Leon Smith, 33, of 29 Temple St., Apt. 108, two counts of unlawful sale of crack cocaine, second offense, and one charge of possession of crack cocaine. He is facing enhanced penalties, if convicted, because of a prior drug conviction. Smith was arraigned Thursday when his bail was set at $50,000 cash/surety bail.
Christopher Felix, 25, of 1 Salvail Court, Apt. 2, two charges of sale of crack cocaine. He was arraigned Friday and his bail is $50,000 cash.
Leonardo Rosario, 38, of 44 Chestnut St., Apt. 2, three charges of sale of crack cocaine, second offense. He will face enhanced penalties because of a previous conviction. He was arraigned Monday and is being held on $75,000 cash bail.
John Herczeg, 43, of 412 Abbott Farm Drive, Hudson, is charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another to the unlawful sale of heroin. His bail is $10,000 cash/surety, set Monday at his arraignment.
Marc Aucoin, 23, of 12 Heon Court, is charged with one count of selling cocaine, second offense/school zone; one count possession of cocaine, and one charge of manufacturing a controlled drug, marijuana. He was previously convicted of selling drugs in a school zone and will be facing enhanced penalties, according to police. He was arraigned Friday and is being held on $75,000 cash bail.
Sean Smith, 26, of 121B Derry Road, Hudson, is charged with three counts of selling heroin. He previously was convicted of a drug offense so he, too, will be facing enhanced penalties if convicted. He is being held on $50,000 cash bail after being arraigned Tuesday.
