Future of New Castle-Rye bridge to be discussed

The current bridge replaced a wooden bridge and consists of a steel grated deck that lifts, through it is raised fewer than 10 times each year.
Doors will open for the meeting at 6:30 p.m. for viewing of the plans with a formal presentation scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
