Motorcyclist hurt in Charlestown crash


CHARLESTOWN - A motorcyclist suffered leg injuries Saturday when he drove his motorcycle into the rear of a car, according to police.

The man was heading south on Route 12 about 4 p.m. Saturday when he hit the car. Police would not release the names.

The motorcyclist was taken to Springfield Hospital in Springfield, Vt., for treatment, police said.
