Family of UNH homicide victim suggests 'Lizzi's Law' to close loopholes
PORTSMOUTH, N.H. — The state attorney general's office is willing to look at whether a proposed "Lizzi's Law" in the death of a University of New Hampshire student last fall would clear up possible deficiencies in the state's criminal statutes.
