Keene pot activist appeals drug conviction stemming from FBI effort to penetrate Free State organization

In June, Richard Paul, 44, a former computer programmer, was sentenced to a year in jail after he was convicted in April of selling marijuana and LSD to an informant his attorney said was working with the FBI.
