New death-penalty hearing for convicted murderer Gary Sampson

BOSTON (AP) - A federal appeals court on Thursday confirmed the decision to throw out the death penalty sentence against a man who pleaded guilty to killing two people during a weeklong crime rampage in two states and ordered a new trial to determine if he should be put to death.
