Juvenile Portsmouth trio turn themselves in for graffiti

PORTSMOUTH — Three juvenile males turned themselves in to police Friday on charges of criminal mischief related to spray-painted graffiti on downtown buildings.

According to police, an officer saw the three youths near downtown at about 1:30 a.m., and further investigation by Det. Robert Munson determined the trio was responsible for graffiti on several buildings.

All three have entered a court diversion program and are performing community service removing the graffiti, police said.
