NH man charged with attempted murder for trying to strangle woman in Mass. motel
TEWKSBURY, Mass. - A 20-year-old man from South Hampton, N.H., was accused of trying to strangle a woman at a hotel in Tewksbury on Friday, police said. The victim said Cardin, her on-again, off-again boyfriend of two to three years, was under the influence of heroin and had forced his way into her room before officers arrived, police said.
