Wanted Lee man arrested in Pa.


CONCORD — U.S. Marshals arrested a former New Hampshire firefighter in northwest Pennsylvania on arson charges from two fires in Lee.

Donald Dubbs, 58, was arrested Thursday as he as being discharged from a hospital in Erie, Pa. Authorities learned he was there through tips after Dubbs and his photograph were circulated Thursday when the U.S. Marshals office in Concord named Dubbs the "Fugitive of the Week."

Marshals said Dubbs is accused of starting fires at his former residence and an adjacent garage on July 1.Members of the Marshals Fugitive Task Force assisted Pennsylvania officers in apprehending Dubbs.
