A Massachusetts man is accused of illegally entering the United States and attempting to fraudulently obtain a New Hampshire driver’s license using another person’s identity.

Trooper Richard Dupont on Thursday arrested a man who identified himself as Williams Jose Aparicio-Rosales, 23, of Lawrence, Mass. Aparicio-Rosales was arrested at the Department of Motor Vehicles in Concord. He is charged with multiple counts of tampering with public records and unsworn falsification.

Aparicio-Rosales was being held on $20,000 cash bail pending arraignment today in 6th Circuit, Concord District Court.

Police ask anyone with information about his identity to contact Trooper Dupont at 223-8778.
