NHPUC defines scope of PSNH stranded costs proceedings, CLF petition to intervene granted

The Public Utilities Commission does not review or enforce environmental laws that should properly be reviewed by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, or the courts. CLF, and all parties, must limit their discovery, testimony and examination to remain within the scope described herein
