PORTSMOUTH — June sales of single-family homes and condominiums hit all-time highs for at least the past three years in the 13-sample Seacoast towns, the Seacoast Board of Realtors said Monday.
The June median single family sales price was $371,500, by far the best for the year.
The Elliot Pharmacy at River’s Edge recently opened at 175 Queen City Ave., in Manchester.
The pharmacy will offer vaccination clinics and carries over-the-counter medications, home medical equipment, health and beauty products, food and beverages, and more.
Interns run lemonade stand fundraiser
In an effort to join the battle against childhood cancer, Lincoln Financial Group’s summer interns will host an Alex’s Lemonade Stand 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the company’s office at One Granite Place, Concord.

MERRIMACK — PC Connection Inc., which provides information technology solutions to business, government and education markets, has been chosen by Microsoft to participate in the Microsoft Devices Program, which will allow the organization to sell Surface Pro and Surface RT to commercial customers.
