Carroll County commissioner asks peer to resign over letter to the editor

The most recent conflict between the commissioners resulted from their reactions to former county employee Loreen Larochelle who was convicted of stealing nearly $11,000 from the county. In a letter to the editor of the Carroll County Independent, printed June 27, Kenney wrote that Larochelle's crime illustrates why "the county needs 9 to 5 adult supervision over its employees."
