Gorham values PSNH at $412,235,500, while the DRA's valuation is $4,743,002; Portland Pipe Line, Gorham values at $6,969,000 while the DRA's valuation is $524,676; Great Lakes Hydro Gorham values at $32,700,000, while DRA's valuation is $8,766,569; FairPoint Communications and pole licenses Gorham values at $2,864,500 while DRA's valuation for the same designation appears to be $0.00.
