Worker nightmare at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard
KITTERY, Maine - Brett Fralish is bracing for the worst. His 14-year-old car needs replacing, his wife's car needs major repair work, and they just had to replace a clothes dryer that broke. And, starting Monday, the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard worker is going to be furloughed, and he will have to make ends meet on a paycheck that he anticipates will be 47 percent less than what he is making now.
