'Right-To-Know' suit settled with Carroll County
OSSIPEE — The suit filed against the Carroll County Commissioners alleging their failure to uphold the requirements of the State's "Right-To-Know" law will not be going to court. The hearing on the case had been rescheduled to July 2 but after both sides came to an agreement, the case will not be moving forward.
