Keene Sentinel: Drug makers win court case at the expense of consumers' health

In a ruling that was all but buried amidst a flood of historic decisions this week on gay marriage, affirmative action and voting rights, the Supreme Court said generic drug manufacturers canít be sued if a person suffers serious side-effects from their medications.
