EXETER — Teddy King is trying to harness his excitement. He has no energy to waste on being giddy, not at a time like this. He has a distinct job. He's a worker, known as a domestique in his sport. It's a role he accepts humbly, one that's earned him a ride in the biggest race on the planet.
