Monarchs announce seven guaranteed home dates


 

The Manchester Monarchs announced seven guaranteed home dates for the 2013-14 season on Thursday.

The Monarchs will open their home slate on Saturday, Oct. 19, will host their fourth annual Education Day on Wednesday, Nov. 13 and will celebrate "Mullets In Movember" on Saturday, Nov. 16. Canadian Heritage Night also returns Saturday, Nov. 23. In addition, the Monarchs will host a "Holiday Game" on Sunday, Dec. 15, which will feature the "Sing For Santa" concert and the "Teddy Bear Toss." The annual New Year's Eve celebration game is also on the schedule.

The entire 2013-14 schedule, including opponents and times, will be announced later this summer. Individual tickets will go on sale following the release of the full schedule.
