UPDATE: Police say man found dead outside Wall Street Towers jumped
MANCHESTER – A man whose body was found on the ground Tuesday morning outside Wall Street Towers apparently committed suicide.
Police identified the man as Nicholas Kisielewski, 33, who lived on the 16th floor of the 555 Canal St. apartment building.
Lt. Maureen Tessier said some people reported seeing him fall shortly after 11 a.m.
"A preliminary investigation indicates there was no foul play and that he committed suicide," Tessier said.
Investigators believe Kisielewski jumped from the balcony of his 16th floor apartment.

MANCHESTER – Police are investigating the death of a man late Tuesday morning whose body was found on the sidewalk on the Canal Street side of the Wall Street Towers.
Police said in a press release issued this afternoon that the man has been identified, and his name is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin. Police indicated their early investigation does not point to foul play.
Canal Street was reopened about 3:45 p.m.
Sgt. Craig Rousseau said investigators are trying to determine what happened, including whether the man jumped or fell from the parking garage.
The body was covered by a yellow tarp. Late this morning, the area from Spring Street north on Canal Street to the end of the building's parking garage also was cordoned off with yellow police tape.
An officer on the fifth floor of the garage was seen wrapping yellow police tape around a pillar.
