Seabrook amusements company sued for allegedly paying workers less than minimum
The suit, filed in Suffolk Superior Court in Boston, charged that E.J. Amusements of Seabrook, N.H., better known as Fiesta Shows, paid many of its employees a flat $400 per week, even though they worked an average of 14 hours a day.
