Dozens issued summonses after Concord underage drinking party

CONCORD – Twenty-seven people received summonses and another six were arrested after police busted an underage drinking party early Sunday morning at a downtown residence.

Police said they were called at 12:30 a.m. about a loud party at 46 Concord St. When officers arrived, they could hear loud music and voices, and could see numerous liquor and beer bottles, beer cans and shot glasses inside the residence.

"It was a huge party that took up a lot of resources," said Lt. Timothy O'Malley, who estimated more than 50 people were at the party.

He said many of the partiers were under 21, although those older and with no pending issues were cut loose.

Kyle Chisolm, 20, was charged with facilitating a drug or underage alcohol house party, while Kyle Buffum, 21, received a summons for  prohibited sales. Both men live at the 46 Concord St. address.

A total of 29 people between the ages of 16 and 20 were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. Of those, 27 were issued summoness and released at the scene to a sober adult. Six people were taken into full custody and processed at the police station.

Those booked at the station, in addition to Chisolm, were Thomas Ferguson, 18, of Cross Country Road, Pembroke, possession of alcohol; Christopher Bauman, 22, of Thomas Street, arrested on three electronic bench warrants; Joseph S. Germain, 18, of Loudon, possession of alcohol; Austin Braley, 18, of Perley St., resisting arrest and two electronic bench warrants, and Brittany Barreto, 18, of Route 106, Loudon, possession of alcohol.



Issued summons for possessing alcohol were:

Mariah Mayotte, 17, of Wendler Drive, Epsom;

Dominyk Smith, 19, of West Street;

Garry Hodge, 18, of Perley Street;

Courtney Giddis, 18, of Micol Road, Pembroke;

Heather Herling, 18 of Dow Road, Epsom;

Annie Washburn, 18, of Sewalls Falls Road;

Daniel Reeves, 18, of Black Hall Road, Epsom;

Kevin Green, 18, of North Road, Epsom;

Colby Fraser, 18, of Pleasant Street, Pembroke;

Haley Thibeau, 20, of New Castle Street;

Cody Merchant, 17, of Perry Avenue;

George Connolly, 18, of Granite Street, Allenstown;

Rene Maher, 18, of High Street, Pembroke;

Autrey Gates, 18, of Robinson Road, Pembroke;

Andrea Halvorsen, 18, of Route 107, Epsom;

Joseph Grady III, 20, of Vero Beach, Fla.;

Margaret Ordway, 19, of New Orchard Road, Epsom;

Molly Farmer, 18, of Monroe Street;

Ryan Gentry, 20, of Plant City, Fla.;

and a 16-year-old juvenile.
