Manchester aldermen budget $900K for CIP repairs
The budget was passed Tuesday without discussion at a special meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. The only vote against the budget came from Ward 10 Alderman Phil Greazzo.
The budget was revised in recent weeks due to a larger allocation of federal funds, which comprise much of the CIP budget. Factoring in federal, state and bond money, the CIP budget totals $8.5 million.
The CIP budget is the last of the three budgets to be approved for the 2014 fiscal year, which begins July 1. The aldermen approved a $156.7 million school budget and a $140.1 million city budget last week.
