MILFORD — Four people have been arrested in connection with the robbery at Granite Town Plaza late last month.
According to Milford Police Capt. Chris Nervik, on Thursday, May 30, around 2:45 p.m., a robbery was reported at Tractor Supply on Elm Street. Officers responded to the scene and learned that a person had "entered the store, passed a note to the clerk demanding money, and then left with an undisclosed amount of cash," said Nervik.
Following an investigation by police and detectives, the suspects were identified and arrest warrants issued for Sean M. Riehl, 24, Brianna K. Baglione, 19, Jeremy M. Trask, 25, and Monica Bouley, 23, all of Milford.
Bouley, of 15 Spruce St., who police said entered the store and handed the note to the clerk, is facing a Class B felony charge of robbery, along with possession of a controlled narcotic drug, also a Class B felony.
Riehl, of 15 Spruce St., has been charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another (robbery), and possession of a controlled narcotic drug, both Class B felonies. Baglione, of 1 Wall St., is charged with a Class B felony of criminal liability for the conduct of another (robbery), criminal trespass and breach of bail, both Class A misdemeanors.
Trask, of 18 Foster Road has been charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another (robbery), possession of a controlled narcotic drug, criminal trespass and breach of bail.
The four were arraigned on Monday at the Ninth Circuit Court, Milford District, and are being held on $100,000 cash-only bail.
They are all scheduled to return to Milford for a probable cause hearing at 9 a.m. on June 17.
