CONCORD — A Massachusetts man who claimed he lived in New Hampshire while buying a gun in the Granite State was sentenced to 18 months in prison, federal prosecutors said.

Ulrick Lucien, 25, was sentenced in U.S. District Court, after a jury found him guilty of making false statements while purchasing three firearms from a licensed firearm dealer in Manchester.

The trial took three days, and the investigation was conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
