Dover teen accused of sexually assaulting girl
DOVER — A Dover teenager was arrested Wednesday and charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Samuel Coffey, 18, of 1113 Lilac Lane, is charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault.
Dover police said the investigation began after receiving a report that Coffey had sexually assaulted the victim on June 8.Police said Coffey knew the young teen.
Coffey was arrested on a warrant Wednesday afternoon and is being held on $5,000 cash bail at the Strafford County House of Correction.He will be arraigned in the 7th Circuit Court in Dover on Thursday at 10:45 a.m.
