Email discussion on sale of school property slips into violation of Right to Know Law




The email exchange, which went to the full board and superintendent Carl Nelson, started as a discussion about what restrictions there might be on reconsidering the community center issue, but it morphed into what the New Hampshire Attorney General's office calls to as "an improper meeting."
