Fighting the good fight in troubled Gosling Meadows
Jordan Brown wants to make Gosling Meadows in Portsmouth a better place for the children living there who are exposed to drug use and other seedy activity. She has been in their shoes. Brown, 26, is now considered a leader by her friends and neighbors in the 124-unit public housing community who are all working hard to make it a home of which they can be proud.
