New Hampshire Club Notes
BEDFORD — Bedford Women's Club members honored outgoing President Kathleen Catania and installed officers for 2013-14 during their annual spring luncheon this month.
This year, under the leadership of Co-presidents Catania and McMillan, the club has raised money for scholarships and charitable donations. Recipients include the Bedford Historical Society, Common Earth Farms, Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains, the Child Advocacy Center of Hillsborough County, Friends of the Bedford Cemeteries, the Salvation Army, the Educational Farm at Joppa Hill, Upreach Therapeutic Riding Center, the Granite State Costume Center, and Stand By Me.
White Mountains DAR's agenda includes art project
LITTLETON — The White Mountains Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 8, at the Oasis Restaurant on Main Street.
The public is always welcome at the meetings. The meeting is free, however, due to limited space in the meeting room and the need to arrange for art supplies, reservations are requested.
