Black Mag explosion negligent homicide, manslaughter case delayed

WEST STEWARTSTOWN — County attorney John McCormick reported to the county commissioners at their May 15 meeting that the defense in the Colebrook explosion case has requested a continuance and that he now anticipates that the trial will be scheduled in late September. The likely dates for a jury trial in Superior Court in Lancaster are from Sept. 30 to Oct. 10.
