Man charged with robbing Keene Circle K

KEENE - A city man was arrested Sunday charged with robbing a Circle K on West Street.

Police say Joshua Compos, 27, approached the clerk at the convenience store around 8 p.m. and demanded cash. He was unarmed, according to police. The clerk turned over an undisclosed amount of money.

Police used a tracking dog to locate Compos. Police said surveillance video of the suspect from the robbery matched Compos.

No one was anyone injured during the incident.

Compos is being held without bail at the Cheshire County House of Correction. He will be arraigned at the Keene Circuit Court on Tuesday.
