Albany says neighbor Conway Village damaged roads
The dispute began last year when the district did work in Bald Hill Road, which begins in Conway and then continues in Albany. The district laid pipe in the Conway section, and then repaved the road to the Albany town line. The Albany selectmen contend that while the work all took place in Conway, heavy truck traffic associated with the project impacted the pavement in Albany.
