Lebanon College graduates 19
The 19 recipients received Associate of Arts, and Associate of Science degrees in Radiography, Business, Criminal Justice, Fine Art and Early Childhood Education.
Dr. Ronald E. Biron, president of the College, congratulated the graduates on their accomplishment.
Before the ceremony started a moment of silence was observed to recognize the passing of Dr. C. Everett Koop and Mr. Stephen "Whit" Dickey, both of whom were supportive and dedicated stakeholders of the college.
Dr. Richard Gustafson, director for the Higher Education Commission for New Hampshire was the keynote speaker. He congratulated the students on their drive, ambition and achievement.
Gustafson emphasized three important words for the graduates to consider on their life's journey direction, investment and balance. He then told the graduates to take their compass reading, calibrate their direction, review their investments of time, energy and effort and check the balance of their investments and where they rebalance their priorities.
