The first Evening of Thanks & Giving gala and auction will take place Nov. 9 at the Atkinson Country Club.
From now through late July, the search is on for talented, local performers to entertain crowds at the fall event, according to Joan Tavares, chair of the organization's fundraising committee.

Talented hopefuls are asked to send a two-minute audition video to firstname.lastname@example.org, or to Family Promise Greater Rockingham County, Attn: Talent search committee, 145 Hampstead Road, Derry, NH 03038.
Submissions should include name, address, phone number, date of birth, and the name of one legal guardian who is available to attend the event with the performer.
