Mass. high court affirms OUI conviction of NH man sentenced to 2.5-3.5 years in prison
Gregory Bartlett, 52, of Plaistow, N.H., was found guilty in Salem Superior Court on Feb. 9, 2011, of operating under the influence, fifth offense, and possession of more than an ounce of marijuana. He was sentenced to two and a half to three and a half years in state prison, followed by three years of probation.
