NHSUPCO: NH v. Brendan Bisbee - Police officer's perjury conviction affirmed

LYNN, J. The defendant, Brendan Bisbee, appeals his convictions by a jury on five counts of perjury. At the conclusion of the prosecutor’s closing argument, the defendant moved for a mistrial. He argued that the prosecutor had improperly interjected his personal opinion into the closing when he called the defendant a “dirty cop” and a “mope.”
